A Biohazard job rarely ends when the last surface is disinfected β there's usually an insurance adjuster, a landlord, or a probate attorney who needs documentation. Trauma Clean Pros provides detailed job reports so that part of the process moves faster too.
Once blood or bodily fluid has been sitting for more than a few hours, the biohazard risk extends well past what's visible. Pathogens travel into grout lines, baseboards, and porous flooring, and consumer-grade disinfectants aren't rated to handle that level of contamination. In Findlay, we're most often called out for the following situations:
When a passing goes undiscovered for an extended period, decomposition byproducts soak into materials far beyond what's visible to the eye.
Once investigators release the property, someone still has to restore it, including repairing forced-entry damage and removing all traces of the incident.
Deep hoarding cleanups regularly uncover mold, pest waste, and biological contamination that require trained handling, not just hauling.
Sewage contains bacteria, viruses, and parasites that make affected drywall, carpet, and insulation unsalvageable without proper remediation.
A confirmed exposure calls for EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment applied under a documented protocol, not a general cleaning visit.
Warehouses, job sites, and manufacturing floors sometimes need biohazard response after an injury or chemical release involving bodily fluids.
Every Biohazard job is different, which is why we scope each one individually before a crew ever steps inside. Below are the services Findlay clients call us for most.
Blood and tissue removal is handled with enzymatic cleaning agents and EPA-registered disinfectants, applied to every surface the incident reached, not just what's visible.
Decomposition cleanup includes removal of affected flooring and subfloor, odor neutralization with ozone or hydroxyl treatment, and full sanitization of the space.
We work through hoarded properties methodically, separating salvageable items from biohazard waste and flagging mold or structural issues along the way.
Sewage response starts with extraction, moves into removal of contaminated porous materials, and finishes with a full antimicrobial application.
We follow a documented protocol using EPA List N disinfectants for any property with confirmed infectious disease exposure.
Warehouses, medical facilities, and job sites call us for biohazard incidents that require regulated waste handling and disposal documentation.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and speak directly with a dispatcher who asks about the scope, location, and any hazards our technicians should know about before arriving.
Once the job is scoped by phone, a crew is routed to your Findlay location, usually arriving within the hour.
Technicians contain the affected area, remove contaminated materials, and apply hospital-grade disinfectants following OSHA and EPA guidelines.
All regulated waste is transported and disposed of per state biohazard guidelines, and you receive documentation for insurance or legal purposes.
Certification and insurance aren't optional at Trauma Clean Pros β every technician on every Findlay job carries both.
Because we staff crews throughout Findlay, OH, response times in Findlay stay short even during overnight and weekend calls.
